Just arrived

Oh well here I am again - back in my second home.
let's start with the journey. The Germans have passed! Lufthanser was great. Nice attendants, nice food, comfortable plane. The walk between gates at Frankfurt was a bit far but I had four hours so I could stroll. The German man at the customs desk told me I had a "Wonderful British Accent!" Ha ha - that's cos I dropped the "Essex" and spoke properly!
When I got to Incheon the first thing I did was buy an Iced latte and go for a fag. I got a cab and it was driven by a nutty ajusshi. He was called Nam Sang Bok and he was single ( he told me this about 25,000 times during the journey!) He is based in Itaewan and got very excited when I told him I was staying at the Hamilton hotel at the end of the month. It was fine until we arrived when he took my hand and started kissing it! OMG! If he was about 20yrs younger I'd have been thrilled!
My room has been decorated! I have a new desk and bed.....very nice! I have met the CA's and they seem lovely. My main CA is a very cute Korean boy who is about 21. He seems like he has a good sense of humour as he has chosen the name Snape! He loves Harry Potter!
I went to the orientation expecting to assist Gena but it turned out I had to deliver the whole thing. That was fine though, and I got to meet all of the teachers from the other camps too. There are less students this time so there are only 3 full time teachers and one part time teacher. The two full time teacher seem really nice and one of them, Sonya is in the room next door. I think me and her are going to get on really well!
I'm off to meet cherry and Scott in a moment and I just know the trains will be packed!

Things I'd forgotten about Korea:
The girls have the skinniest legs in the world. They are so pretty.
The hills and steps in Seoul are ruthlessly punishing!
You can't have nice straight hair for long with the humidity here.
The roads are deadly!
The male population here is either stunningly hot to look at or plug ugly - there doesn't seem to be an inbetween (I know it's a matter of taste!)

Things I have missed:
Hana and Gena.
French cafe - yum yum straight from the fridge.
croquets! Just eaten a spicy chicken!
Onion crisps
Pre boiled eggs
The funny stares I get from ajummas! They think I'm a freak! :)
The fanfare that plays when a train is about to enter the station.
So many things.......
last but not least....Scott and Cherry!!!
I'm just about to get ready to go and meet them now and it's just started to rain!
